Barcodes should be in one of two formats when scanned into the portal: HXX-XXXX-XXX or HXX-XXX-XXXX.
If you do not see either of these formats populate into the portal, including not seeing any dashes between digits, you can manually input the dashes or refer to your user manual and locate the Factory Reset Code (typically found on one of the first pages of the user manual).
Scan the Factory Reset Code, and then rescan your barcode and you should be all set!
