First, please check your spam folder and run a search for the emails from support@concentricbyginkgo.com - sometimes our activation emails are routed to spam.

Additionally check to see if your school/organization's IT department has this email on their 'whitelist' - allowing it to send.
If you still do not see the activation email, please navigate to https://testcenter.concentricbyginkgo.com/reset and enter the email associated with your account to generate a new activation email.
Upon receiving this email, you will have the ability to finalize your account creation and set up your password. Once set up, you will be able to log in to your account. The link will last for five days, so please try to activate your account before the link expires.
