The protocol below describes Concentric’s extreme weather policy for scheduled testing affected by snow days, delays, early releases, etc. We’ve worked with our testing partners and client feedback to create the safest policy for such events, while maintaining accurate and reliable testing.
As a reminder, please be sure to order your supplies at least 10 business days in advance using your program's order form (double collection, individual PCR), and let us know of any schedule changes or shipping issues as soon as possible.
If your organization has to cancel testing due to extreme weather and would like to test on an unscheduled test day, please complete a request for FedEx labels using your program's order forms (double collection, individual PCR).
